Day 3 & 4- Sand Beach, Jordan Pond, Nature Cruise around Bar Habor/Frenchman Bay
Sand Beach, Acadia National Park- Go look at an aerial view of this beach... it's spectacular! It has mountain/cliffs on either side with a small inlet that connects to the larger body of water. So so so beautiful. duh all of Maine is amazing.
Jordan Pond- Acadia National Park
It is an old house that they turned into a restaurant with a huge grassy yard they have turned into outdoor seating. You get delicious popovers and fresh seafood (which JT tried, not me). best view I have ever had while eating.

| Heaven to me. This is so much more peaceful and relaxing to me than any beach. |
most picturesque meal I have ever had. It was beyond amazing. Love love love love. And the weather was perfect.
Harbor Cruise-
| There was a HUGE cruise ship in port that day |
| in the bottom right corner I caught a seal!! |
| All of those colorful dots in the water are lobster pots, they are everywhere. no really. EVERYWHERE. Every Fisherman has his own buoy design so they can tell which one is theirs. |
| Natural Rock Bridge |
| This bald eagle flew circles around our boat- so cool! |
| She was beyond tired the whole time since it was right at nap time and she literally laid down on the bench with her head in JT's lap and tried to sleep. what a little sweetie! |
Later that night we had a fire then the weather turned crazy and started dumping on us as we sprinted to get all our stuff undercover. It was crazy!
Day 4- Driving the Acadia Park Loop
| cleaning out our Cabin |
| We barely missed the real changing of the leaves, there were a couple of trees changing though. I can only imagine how colorful it gets when they really start to turn. |
| We saw that the tide was low so we pulled over and jumped out to see if we could see any sea creatures |
We stopped at a site called Thunderhole, it was a pretty neat spot in the rocks that when the waves hit it at the right tide it makes a really loud noise like thunder. It was very cool!
After we drove the Loop, we stopped back in Bar Harbor for some delicious food at Cafe this Way and got the girls some T-shirts. We then got on the road and drove the longer "scenic" route home. The weather had turned HORRIBLE though and was so so so stormy. We couldn't see as much as we had hoped aaaand eventually we missed an exit to the next freeway and had to take a little detour but all in all it was a fantastic trip and we most definitely did NOT want to come home.

Florida is NOT Maine, even though FLorida has cool things---Maine seems to be my kind of scene after seeing these pictures.
