Meeemory all alone in the moooonlight

my brain doesn't work. I went to a party on the wrong day. it was embarrassing, I almost got away to wallow in my shame alone but my friends husband was just getting home and saw me- blarg! 

Recently I have been thinking about funny things from when I was a little kid such as-

Singing joy to the world joke song with the phrase "saddam is dead, we barbeque'd his head" creepy.

I remember thinking it was impossible to crack an egg without getting the shell in. like IMPOSSIBLE.

I would pick dandelions and pop the flower off while saying the phrase "mama had a baby and its head popped off" creepy yet again. I will have you know I was NOT the only child who said this... all my friends were doing it too.

My friends and I had some sort of communication system set up for when it snowed that involved flashlights, tin cans, and meeting under some tree at 6:00 in the morning so we could sled on the "best snow" before all the other kids got up.

oh and just because they are cute.
