Lola was blessed on September 2, 2012. She was named Lola Jane Meng- Jane after 3 of our grandmothers and especially my grandma Tracy. Her name is Marcia Jane and she also was named after her great grandmother with the middle name Jane so it has a lot of history and I love that. My Grandma happened to have saved the dress that she was blessed in and was willing to give it to us for Lola to wear- talk about special! I wanted something extra that made it unique for Lola so my lovely mother made a special slip that went under it to lengthen the dress and add more frills. It turned out so lovely and delicate, exactly what I wanted. Thanks mom!! My parents were able to come into town to meet LJ and be here for the blessing. My brother Caleb and his family drove down so it was a fun little family reunion. Miley LOVED having her cousins here and refers to them as her "best friends".
