Jt's newest migraine treatment plan involves a muscle relaxer at bed time... After he takes it he becomes ridiculous and falls asleep so fast. Tonight any time I adjusted my huge body he asks me "are you ok?? Do you want me to go to the store or help you stretch? His eyes also get way crazy and he falls asleep sitting straight up or holding a cup in his hand... sooo funny! And when I ask him if he already took his pill he gets SUPER defensive and like a little kid sticking their tongue out at you. ahh the memories.
Next note we have been going over our childbirth class stuff and part of it is relaxation and jt describes someplace relaxing. We kept trying the beach and I just couldnt picture it or feel relaxed so I had him describe a scene in the mountains by a lake :) turns out I am a northwestern girl at heart because i could easily picture it and feel peace. Even thinking about it right now I can picture how it smells and what the breeze feels like. Lovely. A little bit of me longs for the cascades...
