catch up...

We'll call this the month of November post...

We spent some much needed family time( due to school and work keeping jt from us) at the Riverwoods mall. They had just finished some remodeling that made the mall a lot more pedestrian friendly and very cute. We got to see them turn the lights on and see santa which was quite fun. They had free apple cider and treats.

 Miley really wanted to send santa a letter telling how she wanted "anything edible or musical" for christmas since she loves snacks and music!

Thanksgiving rolled around and sadly due to some crazy weather JT's  parents were unable to come to provo but Kory made the trek down to provo and we had a grand time preparing the feast. The turkey wasn't as moist as we remembered it being the last thanksgiving... I guess the secret ingredient is leaving the plastic bag with the guts in the neck because that it what we did last time and it was perfect!

 Miley's first Thanksgiving... she loved the whole thing- turkey, yams, mashed potatoes, rolls, cranberry jelly, she ate it ALL.

*we also went on a date for like the first time in months and we met up with Kory in salt lake to see Harry Potter and it was SO FUN. I seriously love those books and movies!
