10 months old

This crazy little RASCAL is 10 months old. And boy is she crazy. I love being able to hang out with her every day. She constantly Amazes me. Miley definitely has a mind of her own. She is a fantastic baby and is generally SO happy the majority of the time. Her most recent tricks are the following.

• Has developed an awesome LOUD fake laugh. If she hears people laughing she tries to join in on the laughter and its pretty funny.
• She walks. It's crazy how fast it developed- it went from barely being able to take a step to the next day taking 5 steps and the next day walking across the room- I love it and am so excited for her but am so TORN about being sad she's more toddler than baby now.
• love loves loves food. any kinds. anytime. any place. She will eat it. She would MUCH rather eat food then a bottle so I always have to give her the bottle first to make sure she drinks it.
• I have created a bottle snob. She will ONLY drink from Nuk bottles. I have tried multiple others and she screams, cries, gags, throws up and simply will not drink. booo.
• She is excellent at playing by herself though every 10 minutes she will come find me to make sure I am still around... I love it.
• She is my little shadow. She loves to follow me around and stand up on the back of my legs.
• She loves to wrestle and play games with Dad. 
• She is excellent at peekaboo and tries to pull ANYTHING fabric over her head. She will cover her face with her hands if no fabric is available. This actually turns out pretty creepy since she pulls at her eyes and skin and ends up looking scary.
• She still loves music and will dance and bounce along to ANYTHING- be it a commercial or a sacrament hymn at church, she doesn't discriminate.
• She likes other kids but uhh tends to grab at their faces so she has to be carefully watched.
• She doesn't cuddle. sometimes she will sit and let me rock her to sleep in her rocking chair but she has to be really tired.
• Still only has two teeth and is fascinated by other people's

• still doesn't use pincher fingers much
• basically says "ma ma" "da da" " all done" and attempts to say ball and p sounds.
• babbles like a crazy person, especially when she is bored in her high chair.
• Is so sweet and cute- loves to flip through magazines and books. usually when she has been quiet for awhile and I am worried she is getting into mischief I find her in her room reading books- SO CUTE.
• Sleeps great at night
• loves to play with magnets on the fridge, her shoes, mirrors, and necklaces
• is the funnest best cutest baby girl I have ever been around!

 Sadly Miley-girl has serious diaper rash issues- especially when she is teething. We have tried everything to get it better and the best way we have figured out how to cope with it are lots of Aquaphor and airing out/naked time. The other day her rash was so bad so I took her diaper off- usually I sit with her and keep her sitting on a cloth diaper or towel. But that day she was moving around SO much and she pees about every 7 minutes  and I really needed to work on some packing so I improvised- TA DA baggy cloth diaper- catches pee but lets air in too. It looked HILARIOUS.
