This last weekend, on Miley's 2 month birthday (1/28) we had the wonderful experience of blessing Miley! She looked adorable in her blessing dress, which happened to be MY blessing dress awww. My friend Anne made her a cute headband and she pretty much was happy the whole time except the very end when JT held her up for her lion king moment so everyone could see her... then she made a really pouty face and screamed. Her blessing was beautiful and it looks like she will have a fabulous life filled with lots and lots of LOVE!
It was really great having both of our families in town, the day before we were all able to go bowling and it was soo fun! We had a nice breakfast after the blessing with all of our family and friends, thanks everyone for all of the support! We love you all :)

Funny side note, when JT woke up from his surgery he was soo out of it and so stressed about everything, hw, being a dad, job, etc and one thing he mentioned was " In Miley's blessing I said she would get married in the temple... I didn't want to say it because everyone says it but I just felt like I had to..." he was seriously SO sad about it, I couldn't convince him it was good, it was so funny! He also was sure he was a bad dad since he hadn't bought Miley a stuffed animal yet- oh the joys of anesthesia. More to come on the surgery.
