We woke up on thanksgiving day and watched part of the parade then drove down and spent the day at Animal kingdom, It wasn't too crowded and we enjoyed hanging out as a family.

Later that night we headed over to the magic kingdom to see the fireworks and decorations then went back the next day.

Black friday evening we went to Hollywood studios and saw the Osbourne family lights spectacle or something. IT WAS SOOO COOL. It had all the lights on the buildings change with the music, fake snow, and some dressed up characters.

To make sure we were thinking about what we are grateful for we spent the days leading up to thanksgiving make our "Thanksgiving Tree" and filling it with things we were blessed with! Miley LOVED it.
We had a really fun time at Disney but decided we probably won't spend another big Holiday there in the future. It was strange not being with family and doing all of the traditional stuff we normally do, and mostly we just missed being with our family. I think we will stick with our now 3 year tradition of spending a week in DW around Miley's birthday, the weather is ideal, the parks aren't as crowded, and the hotels are cheap!
