at 1 month Lola's stats were
- 10lbs 4oz (2lbs bigger then Miley at 1 month. Can I get a whoaaaa baby??)
- 22 inches
- 15 in head
She isn't particular about much other then eating right when she wakes up, she is on the sleep, eat, play schedule which I like. She is already figuring out how to go to sleep by herself if I put her down in her pack n'play drowsy which is great.
The more she figures out her hands the more imperative the swaddle is becoming, at first she didn't care either way and would sleep fine but now if she is unswaddled she thrashes her arms around and rubs her little fists in her face like crazy and it wakes her up so we are definitely pro-swaddle. She is also a little houdini and can even get her arms out of those FANCY velcro swaddle blankets, its pretty impressive.
I call her my little princess and the pea. She LOVES to sleep places that are soft, cozy, fluffy. Aka the places you aren't supposed to let babies sleep. If she falls asleep in your arms and you try to put her down in the crib as soon as you lay her down her eyes pop right open and she wakes up. However if you lay her down in our bed she just snuggles down and goes right to sleep.
At one month she was still sleeping a lot and would settle down for the night after eating around 2am then wake up at 5 or 6 to eat then sleep until 9 or sometimes later.
I probably don't give her as much tummy time as i should but she seriously hates it! She has a super strong neck so I am not really concerned. She never cuddles against you, she is always super straight when you hold her and lifts her head up to look around. She likes her swing out and to look at herself in this little mirror on her playmat. She is slowly spitting up less but sadly doesn't smell quite as yummy as miley did hahaha.
She smiles at this little Minnie Mouse music box toy my parents got her at Disneyworld and I think thats adorable!
We love this little munchkin and how easy going she is and how perfectly she fits into our family.
