6 months

On July 28th we celebrated Miley's 6 month birthday... well us girls were in seattle with grandma and grandpa and JT was at home. I am in shock of how fast the time has gone by. I cannot emphasize how I really feel like I just brought her home 1 month ago. She has put on a little weight and has some chunk on her arms, legs, and tummy. We love it. She is just the most fabulous baby now. Not that she wasn't great before but she wasn't easy. Now she is fabulous.

- She rarely cries unless she is hungry and I leave her line of sight

- She definitely is a mama's girl but basically loves everyone, She has no attachment issues and will just play with anyone

- She loves the dog at Jt's parents house- though she was a little nervous at first

She will play with the hair on top of her head while she is nursing when she is tired and will take breaks just to look at me and be calm, it is the sweetest moment.

-She likes to pat anything you put in front of her... so if you put out your hand she will high five!

- She is pretty great at going to sleep as long as she is super full and loves to take two naps.

-She is now army crawling and loves climbing alllll over me

- She is just starting to try to follow me if I leave the room and will squirm to my leg and grab it and whine because she wants me to pick her up

-She loves airplane rides and when I play peek-a-boo behind the computer screen

-She smiles SO big and goes crazy in her crib when you come to pick her up because she is SO excited to see you

-She will pull down her crib bumper so she can see better through the crib to the door

-She loves any and ALL water and will splash like crazy, we have put her in some prettttty cold water and she didn't care

-She gasps like crazy if water gets on her face

-She freaks out and throws a little tantrum when you wash her face with a cloth after eating

-she loves to grab things and slam them on the ground again and again

-She likes to lay on the ground and watch tv...so that its upside down

-She says Dadadadada but has no idea what it means obviously

-She does this whiney cry when she is on the floor and I don't pick her up with her mouth closed

-She gets on her hands and knees and rocks ALL the time, she is going to for real crawl so soon

-One night she wasn't feeling well and she let me cuddle her. I loooved it and just held her for so long while she slept with her head on my shoulder (She has maybe done this 3 times in her whole life)

- She is pretty great at sleeping in her crib which rocks but it came at the cost of now she can't fall asleep with us cuddling her(unless I am nursing her) she has to be spread out on her tummy or on her tummy with her knees tucked under her

-She doesn't really like her pacifier much

-She loves to eat any sort of lotion tube/desitin tube/remote control/cell phone

-SHE IS JUST ADORABLE AND SOOO FUN! I love watching her learn about her little world and explore all around her, and trying to teach her things

-We are currently working on crawling on hands and knees, pincher finger grabs, and clapping.

-We love this little angel
