Biggest Loser makes me the BIGGEST LOSER. This weeks show had me crying like a baby!!! The thing I love about the show is that is shows people the FOOOL PROOF way to lose weight. From all of my classes at school i have really learned that limiting your calorie intake and increasing your calorie expenditure ( exercise) is the only thing that works it is just really hard and takes TIME!! Anyway I was crying because JERRY was eliminated and I loved him and he was working so hard. I really wish Joelle was the one to go home because she DOESN'T work hard! Anyway Jerry was a total sweetheart and really could have used the extra help but is still doing great!! WAY TO GO JERRY!!!
