We went up to the mountains between conference sessions so we didn't feel like we hadn't seen the sun all day. It was beautiful and the fall colors are just barely starting to come out, we will have to go back in a week or two when they are in full effect. I brought my camera along and was trying to practice some photography stuff and it just really reiterated something I have been tossing around in my mind recently. I seriously need to take a photography class. I have been taking pictures with my slr for awhile now and I just sort of thought that I needed some better software to have the pictures be exactly how I want... turns out I was wrong. We have recently gotten some pretty great software and no matter how long I mess with it, I still am not getting the look I want. The problems lie in the plain ol pictures. So I will be continuing to practice and hopefully the photo quality will improve yahooo.
