After my parents picked us up at the airport we stopped at Pike's Place, which is a total favorite of mine, I love being right by the water and I just really feel like I am home.

While we were home I also was so blessed to have a fabulously fun baby shower thrown for me! I had such a wonderful time seeing all the important people from home that I hadn't seen in awhile.
While Jan was in Europe she was walking down the streets in Spain I believe and found this little old woman who was making these booties- she got some for me and the woman was thrilled that someone in America would be wearing her work. Now lets just hope that Baby M doesn't come out with feet too fat to wear them!

The Lovely hosts, Jan and Leslie- Those ladies know how to throw a party! Thank you also to the always wondefuly hilton family for lending their home for the festivities.
One of the games at the party was to write out name suggestions... these two girls weren't the most creative, each one suggesting either Janet Katie Meng or Katie Janet Meng.
Oh the cuteness of all the things I recieved. We are so blessed, our baby for sure will not go naked and she had better loooove pink :)
How cute is this little hanger that this dress came with?? I am going to use it to display her blessing dress later!
I am sad that we had to leave and I didn't snap any pictures with the mengs, but we had a great time playing games and hanging out with them and we definitely can't wait to see everyone soon!
